What we collect
We collect only the information you give us directly. That means the email address you provide when subscribing to our newsletter, and the details you enter into our contact and submission forms: your name, email address, organisation where supplied, and the content of your message or pitch.
How we use it
Newsletter addresses are used to send the Vision Dispatch and nothing else. Details submitted through the contact form are used to reply to your enquiry and to route it to the correct editorial or commercial desk. Pitches sent through the contributor form are read by our editors and retained while the pitch is under consideration.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not share your details with advertisers or commercial partners.
- We do not use your submissions to train systems or to build profiles for targeting.
Analytics and cookies
Where the site uses analytics, it is limited to understanding which articles are read and how readers arrive — never to identifying individual readers. The specific tools in use, and any cookies they set, will be listed here before launch.
Retention
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any email we send. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted on a routine schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@visionmagazine.example and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Contact
Questions about this policy should go to hello@visionmagazine.example, or by post to the editorial office listed on our contact page.
